This budget-friendly lodge offers a serene location with surreal surroundings and a unique setup. the hosts are friendly and accommodating, and the hot tub and outdoor jacuzzi are unparalleled. the spacious rooms provide a homely feel, and the hosts’ attention to detail is evident in the strawberries, chocolates, and champagne on arrival.

The lack of basic kitchen utensils, daily cleaning service, and AC in the rooms may make the stay uncomfortable for some guests.

Great value for money and wonderful location! the view was spectacular and we enjoyed the outdoor shower, definitely gave us a tropical feel.

The cleanliness of the kitchen could have been better, with uncleaned draws and smelly drains.

I loved the outstanding view from my bedroom and the fantastic facilities, including the spa bath that made my stay unforgettable. The breakfast served in the hotel was not only delicious, but also allowed me to enjoy the stunning ambiance, decor, and views. The owner of the hotel and his/her staff were very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating, which made me feel at home. In addition, the hotel's proximity to the city's main attractions provided me with easy transportation and accessibility.

The location of this lodge is amazing! I enjoyed the breathtaking view of the dam from my room. The shared kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed to prepare a meal. Plus, the environment was serene and peaceful, making it a perfect spot for a quiet getaway.

The room had cobwebs and dusty areas, and the linen was old and faded. There was also a lack of housekeeping, with the previous tenants' litter still occupying the space.

The birdlife added to the delightful ambiance, creating a truly serene and peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the option to bring our dogs, making our anniversary getaway even more memorable. The outdoor shower truly enhanced the Bali vibe of the lodge. The experience of having a quiet braai without any distractions was a highlight for us. Although the kitchen cleanliness needed some attention, the overall experience was lovely. I would recommend this hotel for its breathtaking view and unique atmosphere.
